Shipping policy

Current Shipping time is 3-7 Business days. We are working to get orders out as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience during this time.
We are currently shipping orders Monday - Friday. Most orders will ship in 2-4 business days. We do our best to ship them as fast as we can.
We do not ship on Major Holidays and may take off the day before a holiday and day after.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) WITH tracking. MOD Dips is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This means we will not refund or sent out another package in the event that it says it was delivered. If your package says it was delivered, you will need to follow up with your local post office. We do suggest asking neighbors if they have it and the mail carrier where they put it.

**Please be aware that due to COVID, the USPS is moving at a slower rate than normal and doing what they need to handle the volume of packages they are receiving as well as keeping their employees safe.  We have no control over how fast the post office ships our items.  We try to fulfill them as quickly as possible, but you may still see a significant delay once they are shipped and tracking may not always be updated during this time.  Although we hope that it does not take this long, we ask that you allow up to 30 Business Days for your package to arrive after it's ship date due to USPS delays. Lately they have been averaging about 2 week to arrive.

YOU MUST PURCHASE THE ROUTE INSURANCE FROM OUR WEBSITE to have Insurance on your Order. This includes for Missing Items, Lost items, Damaged Packages, Delayed Shipping via USPS or Fed Ex.

We are not Responsible for your Package if you did not buy the low Cost insurance provided.
